Puzzle Pals is a jigsaw puzzle game for young children, made by Seemabooks, LLC. This policy explains what the game does with information. The short answer: it collects nothing.
What we collect
Nothing. Puzzle Pals collects no personal information from anyone, children or adults. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no names, no photos, no location, no contacts, no microphone or camera use, and no device identifiers are gathered. The game has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking of any kind, and it contains no third-party advertising or analytics code.
What stays on the device
To remember your child’s progress, the game saves a few things on the phone or tablet itself: which puzzles have been finished and how many stars were earned, the chosen level, and whether the sound is on. This information never leaves the device and is never sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
The one-time purchase
The first 4 pictures, at all three levels, are free. A single one-time purchase unlocks the other 8 pictures. There is no subscription and nothing else to buy.
- Purchases are made through Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone and iPad, which handle the payment entirely. We never see or receive any payment details, names, email addresses or account information.
- The game asks the store only one question: whether the full game has been bought on this account. It asks when the game starts and when it returns to the screen, so a purchase made on another device, or a refund, is recognised. The stores’ handling of purchases is covered by Google’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy.
- On Android this is also why the app lists the internet and billing permissions: they are used only by Google Play’s purchase service. The game itself plays entirely offline.
- The purchase screen is behind a grown-ups check (tapping a number written out in words), so a young child cannot reach the price by accident. The store’s own purchase confirmation and any parental controls you have set up still apply.
Children
Puzzle Pals is designed for children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children, or from anyone. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing to review, share or delete on our side. The game has no chat, no links to websites and no way for a child to contact anyone.
Sharing
We do not share, sell or rent any information, because we do not have any.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
